Union Brother, Clarence Shephard (“Joe”) Govier, passed away August 3, 2017.
Joe was hired at Champion/Volvo Motor Graders in Goderich, ON, Canada, as a machinist November 14, 1973, at that time becoming a member of IAM&AW LL 1863 (now LL 1975).
His passing will be acknowledged by the LL 1863 Retirees Club, and sympathy extended to his family
